By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, users agree to be bound by this Agreement.  CECC reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations and to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to canceling a user’s account access, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information, as allowed under the Privacy Policy.

Termination

CECC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement by posting the updated terms on the Site.  Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement.
