How to Report an Outage

To Report an Outage:

  1. Click on the button above to report online
  2. OR, call 800-432-9720
    • During Business Hours, choose Customer Service.
    • After Business Hours, choose Report an Outage.
  3. OR, use the myAccount mobile app.
Your account information stored in this system is driven by your telephone number.  When you call from the telephone number on record, caller ID immediately identifies you and streamlines the reporting of your outage.  If we do not have a telephone number associated with your account, call today to speak to Customer Service (800-432-9720).  It will make future outage reporting faster and less stressful.
