How to Report an Outage

ONLINE OUTAGE REPORTING SYSTEM

During business hours, call 800-432-9720 and our courteous Customer Service representatives can assist in obtaining your outage information.  After normal business hours, you can use the online system at carrollecc.com or the telephone reporting system to quickly notify us of a power interruption. Both methods send an immediate message to the Cooperative's Operations Center.    

TO REPORT AN OUTAGE:

  1. Click on the button above to report online.
  2. Or, call 800-432-9720. Choose Customer Service (during business hours) and Report an Outage (after business hours).
  3. Or, use the myAccount mobile app.
Your account information stored in this system is driven by your telephone number.  When you call from the telephone number on record, caller ID immediately identifies you and streamlines the reporting of your outage.  If we do not have a telephone number associated with your account, call today to speak to Customer Service (800-432-9720).  It will make future outage reporting faster and less stressful.
