Carroll Electric is dedicated to providing the most cost effective energy available. Three hydroelectric power generating plants on the Arkansas River have been in use for more than two decades, providing a portion of our power requirements.

Members interested in generating power for their own use through a net metering facility (solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, or biomass) may contact the Cooperative for interconnection instructions and net metering rules. We are happy to partner with you!
