  • It is limited to one electric account per cell phone number.
  • A $3.50 transaction fee applies each month.

Sign up today!  Click here to be connected to Western Union SpeedPay and enter your customer number and zip code.  Then, simply follow the online instructions.

Once enrolled, if you change your credit card, debit card, bank account information or get a new cell phone number you must update your Pay by Text enrollment.  Click here to manage your Pay by Text options.
