Reconnecting service
| Customers requesting a reconnect of their meter following a disconnect for failure to pay a past due amount will be reconnected the same day of the request providing arrangements are made prior to 9:00 p.m. during week days and between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on weekends or holidays.
