Carroll Electric offers two community rooms available for public use free of charge. These rooms are located at the district offices in Huntsville and Jasper. There are tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities available in each room. Any non-profit group or individual may use the room for events such as family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, free educational seminars, blood drives, etc.
The room may not be used for political rallies or religious services and certain other restrictions apply to the use of these facilities. A damage deposit is required and is returned following the successful completion of cleaning the facilities and room preparation. Carroll Electric reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event in these community rooms at its own discretion.
